How Jennifer Tobias Has Helped Her Clients
Become Healthy, Wealthy Business Owners
Veronica: From Business Failure to Business Empire
Veronica started a doggy daycare and grooming business. Three years later, she was making no money and was wondering if she should call it quits and return to her former career as a registered nurse. She was maxing out her credit cards to cover monthly expenses. She cried into the telephone as she asked, “Is there any hope? I don’t want to give up on my dream.”
I assured Veronica that she would not have to give up. Veronica committed to making the investment of guided coaching with me for the next year. She also committed to herself to apply everything we covered in our session to her business, regardless of whether or not she could “see” the end results in her mind. I knew she would be successful because she had the drive and energy I always see i
Veronica already held a vision of a successful “doggy daycare” business. We developed a plan to turn her vision into a reality. Within 3 months, Veronica doubled her income each month for the first three months into the plan. She created two new products. One helped her attract customers and the other became her best-selling doggy accessory item.
After getting the live “doggy daycare” facility making more money than Veronica imagined possible, we began to grow Veronica’s business by establishing an Internet presence to sell her existing products online. Veronica had no online experience and was not experienced with computers. But just one of her products generated an additional $1000 the first month of online sales.
Veronica had developed what I like to refer to as the “marketing mind muscle.” Today Veronica is happy, healthy, and profitable. She continues to run her dog care businesses, online and off. Most of our time spent together now is geared to new product development as she has just launched her new business that caters to those people who dream of using the internet for email communication.
Natalie and Mike Metzger: Fast Start-Up Growth in a Competitive Business
Natalie Metzger and her husband Mike had just started a used car sales business and were looking for ways to attract customers. They needed low cost ways to bring in customers from within a fifty mile radius of their dealership.
I set up conference calls to work with Natalie and Mike together. We developed a four step approach to growing their new business right from opening day. We created a publicity campaign to create awareness. We knew credibility and trust would be important to their business. So I encouraged Natalie and Mike to submit articles to newspapers in their target geographic areas.
Three weeks after we submitted articles, Natalie and Mike saw their sales triple. They were getting 4 calls a week from customers who had seen their articles in their localpapers.
Now Natalie and Mike are workingwith me to create an online presence to attract clients and feature specialty items to a niche market.
Natalie recently sent me a note:
“Jennifer, you are a jewel. Mike and I can never thank you enough for helping us gain a solid understanding of business. It is incredible how you were able to customize money making strategies to our specific car dealership business. Because of your help we have met in two months the sales goals that we thought would not be possible for the first six to eight months. That is incredible! We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know starting a business or anyone who wants to make more money for that matter. – Natalie and Mike Metzger, Metzger Motors, Decatur, IL.S
Sharon Davison: Learning to run a business while managing 2 family crises (and sleeping well every night)
Sharon called me shortly after her mother was diagnosed with colon cancer. She wanted to help her mother but she was also committed to working with her husband to run their company, Davison Trucking of New Holland, IL, with 18 employees. If that weren’t enough, her oldest daughter was getting married in six months and Sharon wanted the once in a lifetime experience of helping her create a beautiful wedding. Sharon wanted to be a strong mother, daughter, wife and business owners but she was exhausted.
We immediately began reducing the demands of Sharon’s time. Sharon was surprised to learn she could automate many of her business responsibilities. We then focused on giving Sharon time and space to spend her time the way she wanted.
Within one month, Sharon was able to get much needed sleep, be with her mother for doctors appointments, work with her daughter on the wedding, and maintain a sense of success with the company she and her husband had spent years building. Sharon continues to check in with me and she applies the techniques she learned to maintain a calm, positive lifestyle.
And now I would like to show you how I work with clients to obtain results like these. Go here.
